Job Description:

  • Responsible for entire gamut of Human Resource function
  • Should handle front office activities and certain admin activities
  • Initiating and processing of selected candidates offer release & onboarding process
  • Providing support to employees in various HR topics like leaves, compensation, policies and issues
  • Conducting various Employee Engagement activities

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a HR Executive role
  • Experience in recruitment, employment investigations, training, policy development and reporting
  • Excellent written and oral communication Skills
  • Strong organization and computer skills are required
  • Creative talent sourcing and building on-going talent pipelines utilizing search tools such Linked In,, Monster Jobs, etc

Additional Qualification Desired:

  • Experience of using HR software solutions
  • Experience of implementing HR best practices in a growing start-ups or small sized firms
